What is included?*
- We negotiate on your behalf;
- We compile a list of information specific to the property by collecting data from the seller and utility companies, as well as utilize tools and resources obtained from the National Association of Realtors to capture added value;
- We provide a Comparative Market Analysis;
- We hire a professional photographer to photograph your home;
- We enter your information into Maine Listings Service (“MLS”) which populates to the largest real estate marketing websites (i.e., Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, etc.);
- We pay to market your home on social media;
- We use a full-service, outsourced, showing management service that streamlines the process for sellers;
- We send out “Just Listed!” postcards to homes in your geographical area and beyond;
- We send e-marketing e-mails to our clients and customers, and over 900 active real estate agents in Maine;
- We put our sign and a lockbox on the property;
- We make sure all paperwork complies with Federal and State laws; and
- We are with you every step of the way until closing and, we hope, after closing! We like to keep in touch.
We have created the Core Services Package to best serve our clients and remain transparent. We only include activities that we believe will benefit our sellers.
