Polly Cockrill is always looking for ways to improve her client's experience, and provide clients with better results.
She is a Member of the National Association of Realtors Green REsource Council. Growing up in the Catskill State Park in New York sparked her passion for the environment. She started Gray Fox Real Estate in February 2017 to focus on the many environmental issues in residential real estate (such as sprawl, in-fill developments, the value attached to reducing energy consumption of a home, and countless other issues).
Polly prefers to “hurry up and wait”. She gets it done right away. She is responsive, analytical, detail-oriented, and thorough. She was a paralegal for 9 years prior to practicing real estate full-time, so she focuses on providing services that will are able to protect you from certain types of liability. This is a skill set that creates added value to her clients, and really sets her apart from other brokers.
Polly is married and has one child. She is an avid hiker, loves the outdoors, and cherishes Maine’s beauty.
Annually, she contributes to Equality Maine, Natural Resources Council of Maine, The Maine Audubon Society, Portland Trails, and Royal River Conservation Trust.
